Content (Syllabus outline)
– The concept of property law and the property rights
-Absolute effect of the property rights.
– Property.
– The right to property, easements, mortgage, land charge, building rights.
– The concept of obligational rights, which restrict the property
– Restrictions on real estate transactions.
– Landing property.
– Property rights of foreigners.
– Taxes on real estate.

Objectives and competences
– Understanding of the concept of property law;
– Ability of the flexible use of knowledge in practice;
– Understanding of the fundamental principles of property law;

– Ability to design an administrative procedure within the real estate field.
Intended learning outcomes
To obtain the understanding of relevant provisions and institutes on the field of the immovable property law and related institutes.
