Objectives and competences
The goal is to use the analysis of project management, project planning principles to achieve and to understand of the process of formation of the projects on a theoretical level, the individual phases and as a whole.
– to inform students with a project approach to successfully achieve the objectives and success factors of the project, such as quality preparation, an experienced design team with a competent and experienced project managers with an effective project organization, supported by an appropriate project culture;
– knowledge of project-based approach to achieve the objectives;
– ability to understand the processes of preparation, tools and techniques for successful implementation of the project;
– is capable of critical analysis at different stages of the procedure, interpretation of data and data bases, identification of problems;
– familiar with the specifics of planning, management and execution of the project and the specifics of the design, management and implementation.
Intended learning outcomes
Knowledge and understanding:
– students acquire knowledge and skills which enable the planning, management and implementation of projects. When this is used in all stages of critical assessment of individual influential factors in relation to the whole;
– understands the complexity and multidisciplinary areas and is able to use techniques learned to deal with it.
