Enrollment in the Law 2 Master’s programme.
Content (Syllabus outline)
- Presentation of student participation in a legal clinic
- Presentation of project topics (various problems in legal practice)
- Establishment of contacts with professionals from various organizations and NGOs
- Formation of student project groups
- Consultation with the professor-mentor
- Presentation of a final legal memorandum

Legislation in the Republic of Slovenia, commentaries, and the case law applicable
Objectives and competences
Understanding of contemporary international relations and its legal framework.
Intended learning outcomes
The students test their legal knowledge on specific and real legal cases.
The students are able to resolve legal cases at a practitioner-beginner’s stage.

»Academic« presentation of the course, practical work, consultations with the professor-mentor, presentation of a final legal memorandum.
