Content
The subject consists of a general and specific part. In the general part, students learn how the contract is concluded and what effects it has. The subject deals with a breach of contractual obligations, amendments and the termination of obligations.
In the specific part, the most important contracts are fully presented. These are: sales, job and lease contracts.

Objectives and competences
Knowledge of legislation in the field of contractual obligation;
Knowledge of the principles of obligatory law;
Knowledge of the rules on the breach of contractual obligations;
Knowledge of contract law, especially sales, lease and job contracts.
Intended learning outcomes
The ability to understand the fundamentals of the legal arrangements of transactions that are often used in relation to real estate.
The ability to apply civil law in practice.
