The course is designed to learn the fundamentals of Constitutional Law of the Republic of Slovenia. It is divided into two inseparable parts: lectures and exercises. The lectures are intended to highlight the fundamental theoretical concepts of constitutional law, practice and analysis of their development in the constitutional case-law of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia.
