Lecturer’s references
In 1999, Sara Ahlin Doljak graduated from the Faculty of Law of The University of Maribor. At the same faculty, she successfully completed her Master’s degree, mentored by Prof. Šime Ivanjko, Ph.D. and co-mentored by Prof. Marijan Kocbek, Ph.D., entitled Tožba manjšine delničarjev kot korekcija neaktivnosti oz. nekorektnosti organov družbe v angloameriškem in kontinentalnem sistemu.
In the study year 2008/2009, Sara Ahlin Doljak qualified as an Assistant Professor at the European Faculty of Law in Nova Gorica. At the same faculty, she qualified as a Senior Lecturer in the study year 2013/2014.
For ten years she has been involved in the conduct of tutorial, lectures, exams and seminars for the courses Gospodarsko in Mednarodno-zasebno pravo (Commercial and Private international Law) at the European Faculty of Law in Nova Gorica. In the study year 2011/12 she participated in the preparation of the Praktikum for students for the course Gospodarsko pravo (Commercial Law). In 2017 she became the lecturer for the courses Pravo gospodarskih družb (Company Law), Civilno procesno pravo-izbrane teme (Civil procedural Law – Selected Topics) and Arbitražno pravo (Arbitration Law) at the European Faculty of Law in Nova Gorica.
She regularly participates in all forms of professional education and relevant conferences. In 2003/2004 she also participated in specialization in Boston. So far, she has published her papers in legal periodical publications, such as Pravna praksa, Finance and European Journal of Business and Social Sciences (EJBSS).
In June 2012 she qualified as the mediator for the settlement of (classical civil, law, family and commercial) disputes. In 2016 she completed her doctoral degree at the European Faculty of Law in Nova Gorica. In June 2017 she qualified as the Assistant Professor at the European Faculty of Law in Nova Gorica for civil and commercial law.
